Launching Future Leaders
ASCEND: Ages 14-18
Shiloh offers the ASCEND Youth Leadership Program to inspire, equip, and launch the next generation of leaders. Each ASCEND fellow learns servant leadership skills and engages in personal development as they discover their unique identity and God-given purpose for their life.
Teens ages 14-18, with at least one year left in high school, are eligible to apply. Applications are accepted once a year and reviewed by the selection committee.
ASCEND fellows make a one-year commitment from July-May and participate in the summer kickoff retreat, monthly momentum meetings, individual mentorship, small group sessions, personal assignments, and service projects throughout the year.
