Event Center Reservations Types
Shiloh Adventures offers a variety of unique and well equipped event spaces for small groups as well as very large groups. Church groups and youth programs are welcome and can take advantage of our many outdoor sports and recreational activities. Our facilities serve as perfect spaces to host large family occasions and reunions. Our well equipped event spaces are also ideal for corporate events and we also offer additional curated activities to serve as memorable corporate team building retreats. The beautiful grounds and event spaces at Shiloh Adventures serve as a wonderful backdrop for picture perfect weddings.
Catering Options
Furnishing For Your Event
Shiloh Adventures provides extra furnishings that will help make planning your event even easier. We offer quality tables and chairs at the upper camp multiplex as part of an add-on package. If you are planning an event that requires a PA system or other audio/video equipment, we also provide an add-on A/V package. Contact us for additional details about the available features and add-ons for your event.
Event Center Usage
We offer a variety of packages and options to help you customize your Shiloh Adventure experience to fit the size and budget of your event. Fees are different depending on the size of your group, group function, non-profit status, and more. Give us a call for full details on fees. Here are some facility usage packages available at Shiloh Adventures.
Upper Camp Multiplex
Facility Usage: Half Day (Up to 4 Hours)
Includes use of multiplex building, restrooms, & commercial kitchen.
Facility Usage: Full Day (Up to 8 Hours)
Includes use of multiplex building, restrooms, & commercial kitchen.
Facility Usage: Wedding (Up to 12 Hours)
Includes use of multiplex building, restrooms, & commercial kitchen.
Facility Usage: Wedding Package (6 hours for rehearsal dinner and 12 hours for wedding)
Includes full use of facility for rehearsal dinner, wedding, reception, A/V package and tables and chairs.
Non-Refundable Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required, in addition to the Facility Usage Fee, and is due at the time of reservation to secure date.

Junior’s Pond
Facility Usage (Up to 6 Hours)
Includes use of Junior’s Pond (catch & release only), Scott’s Place, field, fire pit, grill*, and ice machine
Shiloh Adventures Full Facility Package
Full Facility Usage (Up to 6 Hours)
Use of Upper Camp, Lower Camp, and Junior’s Pond Facilities.
Playing Fields Package
Full Facility Usage (Up to 4 Hours)
Use of Football Field, Gaga Ball Pit, and Event Center Restrooms.
*Grill is available upon request and subject to availability. Customers are responsible for bringing their own propane.
