Our well equipped facilities serve as beautiful and functional spaces for you to host whatever event you need. We offer so many different spaces each with their own recreational activities and amenities to help make your event at Shiloh Adventures truly unforgettable!

Birthdays – Invite friends and family to celebrate birthdays from small to large groups. We provide the venue and the activities, you provide the fun!
Anniversaries – What better place to honor the anniversary of a major life event than at one of our beautiful event venues? Enjoy the company of your loved ones and acquaintances and soak in all the lush greenery Shiloh has to offer.
Family Reunions – Families of all sizes are welcome to gather and reminisce on generations of family heritage. Engage in recreational activities and socialize with loved ones surrounded by natural beauty.
Quinceañeras – Bring everyone together with a grand quinceañera at Shiloh Adventures! There’s something for everyone in the family to enjoy from recreational activities to socializing in one of our comfortable event venues.

Facilities

We offer an event venue for all kinds of events, and offer plenty of amenities to make hosting a breeze.

Upper Camp

This large covered pavilion is perfect for large or small groups, and the large covered pavilion ensures the weather won’t put a damper on things. There’s no shortage of recreational activities which include a basketball court. Access to a grill & ice machine are also included. (Gaga not included)

Lower Camp Amphitheater

Looking for an outdoor space that is perfect for taking in some natural beauty? This amphitheater offers plenty of room for recreational activities and access to the sand volleyball court as well. The Gaga pit is the perfect place for a great game of Gaga ball as well as a place to enjoy s'mores or hot dogs. An ice machine and grill are also available.

Junior’s Pond

Our most peaceful and serene venue features access to our sparkling water where your guests can enjoy water activities. Nearby is Scott’s Place, a perfect spot for eating and socializing in the shade. You still have access to the ice machine and grill, as well as a fire pit that’s perfect for roasting snacks or campfire meals.

Catering

Feeding a hungry crowd can seem like a daunting task. The event venues at Shiloh Adventures do not provide catering services directly. However, the Multiplex is equipped with a fully functional commercial kitchen. Additionally, reservations also include access to an ice machine and outdoor grills upon request. Cooking up delicious food for your guests on the grill or over the campfire is the perfect way to embrace the great outdoors and bring people together. If that’s not your style, you can also bring in a third party catering service. Since Shiloh Adventures is centrally located in the heart of OKC, there are many unique third party catering options to choose from! Shiloh Adventures is an alcohol free facility.

Non-Refundable Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required in addition to the Facility Usage Fee and is due at the time of reservation to secure a date.

Facility Reservation (Up to 6 Hours) – Includes use of Corral, Amphitheater, Lawn, Sand Volleyball Court, Game Room Restroom, Gaga Pit, Grill*, and Ice Machine (Little Well House)

Junior’s Pond
Facility Reservation (Up to 4 Hours) – Includes use of catch and release Junior’s Pond, Scott’s Place, field, fire pit, grill*, and ice machine

Full Facility Package
Full Facility Reservation (Up to 6 Hours) – Use of Upper Camp, Lower Camp, and Junior’s Pond Facilities.

Playing Fields Package
Playing Fields Reservation (Up to 4 Hours) – Use of Football Field, Gaga Ball Pit, and Event Center Restrooms.

*Grill is available upon request and subject to availability. Customers are responsible for bringing their own propane.
